We, Chapel Petrassi, sell art and design objects via our online shop www.chapelpetrassi.com. The Terms and Conditions set forth in the following govern the relationship between us and our customers as consumers. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to contracts with business enterprises.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract, which is based expressly on these General Terms and Conditions, comes into effect upon our sending you a confirmation of contract within 10 working days of receipt of your order. You can submit your order either by e-mail or by using the ordering mask on our website; your order is a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract comes into effect only upon our acceptance of the offer.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
All delivered merchandise remains our property until fully paid for.
DELIVERY TIME, DESPATCH COSTS
Delivery times and despatch costs depend upon the product. As most of the objects are produced after the order has been placed, the delivery time could be 3-5 weeks.
The prices of products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding shipping costs.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Within a period of 15 days following the receipt of their order, the customer may request reimbursement of the order. Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer if the order was placed from abroad and is at their own risk.
Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in their original state.The cost of return are the responsibility of the customer.
It is the client's responsibility to provide a proof of the return, which means the items returned will have to be sent back as a tracked shipment, or any way of their choice providing a precise date; the costs and risks involved in the return depend on the client.
